A simple, end-to-end engagement. Each phase has a gate where we both decide whether the next phase still makes sense. We'll be honest with you at every gate, including telling you when an agent isn't the right answer.

    Discover.

    We learn the business before promising the agent.

    Free 30-min discovery call, then we go deeper. We sit with you and your team (in person or on a call). We ask what eats your time, which questions repeat, where customers fall through the cracks, which tools you already use. We map your workflow as it actually is, not as the org chart says it is.

    Design.

    You see exactly what you'll get before any code is written.

    We design each agent in detail. What conversations it handles, what tools it touches, what it decides on its own vs. asks you about. We map every customer scenario. We show you the cost in plain English (your monthly bill, broken down). You sign off before we build anything.

  3. 03Weeks 3–4

    Build.

    Real agents tested against your real cases.

    We build the agents and connect them to your stack: your phone, calendar, CRM, email, POS, accounting tools. We test against your actual scenarios (not generic ones). You'll see weekly progress demos. We will throw out anything that's not working and start over. The price stays the same.

    We turn it on with you watching. Then we stay close.

    Launch day, we're online with you. We watch the first conversations live, fix any rough edges in real time. Your team gets trained (a 1-hour walkthrough, plus written docs). For 90 days after, we monitor every interaction and fix problems fast. Improvements ship continuously.
