Design the Suite & quantify.
You see the suite, the savings, and the cost before a line of code is written.
We design the Agent Suite for your vertical: which agents, what each handles, how they hand off to each other and to your team, what they decide on their own vs. ask a human. Every agent comes with a projected savings or revenue model — hours saved per week, conversion lift, ticket deflection rate, revenue captured — derived from real numbers in Phase 01, not vendor brochures. The commercial side gets papered up the same week: MSA + SOW + MNDA + DPA from the Raiagents, LLC (Delaware) template, redlined to your standards. You sign off before we build anything.

03Weeks 3–4
Build & test.
A real Agent Suite, tested against your real cases.
We build the suite and connect it to your stack: your phone, calendar, CRM, email, POS, accounting tools, regulatory portals. Agents are wired to hand off to each other and to your team exactly as the Phase-02 blueprint specifies. We test against your actual scenarios — your customers, your transcripts, your edge cases — not generic ones. You'll see weekly progress demos. We throw out anything not working and start over; the price stays the same. Invoices arrive bi-weekly with timesheets attached, against the soft phase cap. Approaching the cap triggers a re-scope, never a silent overrun.

04Week 5+
Hand off & post-prod.
We turn it on with you watching. Then we stay close for 90 days.
Launch day, we're online with you. We watch the first real conversations live, fix any rough edges in real time. Your team gets trained (a 1-hour walkthrough plus written docs). For 90 days after, we monitor every interaction and fix problems fast. Improvements ship continuously and the projected ROI from Phase 02 gets measured against reality — we report what actually shipped. Engagement closes with a final report, hand-off package (code, infra creds, knowledge-base export, runbooks), and a signed acceptance certificate. From there, full handoff or Ongoing Care.
